Both have valid points, a penny stock and particularly one that has 7 billion shares outstanding certainly doesn't need to do a forward split. One thing for sure, we'll all waiting for the convention, the solf launch and the full launch. These events will have a substantial impact on the market and the stock. Patience is a virtue. I think he ment reverse 2 for 1, 3 for 2, some how mathmaticly does not seem to mean more.
boy folks are hoopy over reverse splits now great!
luckly frank is still CEO untill .1 (in theory)
I still have a feeling frank will still be in after the .1 any hoo altho will they retire more shares? who knows.
reverse splits? not while franks about anyhoo.
but you never know people some times get pinched to do bad things at certian others beck and call.
but I highly doubt it.
the die has been cast and the chips are down. so untill after full launch, thier board might discuss further stock actions.
