I bet it's all good. When the phone was first answered by one of those Robots...she/it wanted to know how to direct my call. Press # if I wanted to check on an order or press # if I wanted to place an order or press # if I wanted to talk to Public relations officer.....MUST BE A REAL COMPANY! lol!!!
