Let's just agree to disagree on it, then. It wasn't me that made a big deal of it, it was Brandon Toth. Among other things, he made a silly laundry list of things Titan didn't have to do. Obviously, when a lawsuit is dismissed, you don't have to do anything. He might as well have added that the company didn't have to part the Red Sea. It was a very silly press release absolutely designed to excite the faithful over nothing. And it did.
