Given that UMNG has never completed ANY project in ANY country ... it is very difficult to say how UMNG's objectives fit with that of the Guinea government.
At least Rio Tinto has the financial clout to make revenues of some amount available for the country.
What I see from UMNG is a lot of Fluffy Talk, nothing more.
