"Why is this so hard to grasp?" It's not. In my opinion, the press release shows that Titan, under Brandon Toth, will continue the same old course of issuing breathless press releases about minor events in an effort to pump the price. What happened? A suit was dismissed. And I take it for granted that it was really dismissed, which is a step up from the completely phony press release about the Bulldog "settlement". But the dismissal does not indicate "moving forward" nor prepare "for a complete restructuring", and the press release does not even describe how "a settlement was agreed upon". One would think that Bulldog "settlement" of long ago would give pause to any mention of a "settlement" in this case. However, I suspect Manitoba LTD simply washed its hands of trying to collect anything from Titan (which would have been a wise move). Any complete restructuring of the company will essentially wipe out the interests of current shareholders. And the company still hasn't even brought its corporate filings up to date.
