Dahlman Rose..

Because they have no orders at present they have adjusted thier markets where they will not have to spend any time looking at quotes..

As they are involved in many stocks and are a Institutional based broker when they get an order in any stock they only have to then reflect the bid and participate as anyone else that is bidding.. The same occurs on the sell side..

As to them buying and marking it up,, the NASD rule prohibits markups of more than 5%.. Institutional customers are smart enough to either pay a max of $0.005 per share on DPDW or just take Dahlman's Roses Idea and go somewhere else.. Just because Dahlman has the idea and some recieve thier Research Reports and act on them does not make them place orders thru Dahlman..

I have an account at a full service broker and give them business from time to time just to get the reams of paper on economics that they out out.. I would never buy a share of stock on thier Recc. because they are beta market controlled on thier recc.. have faith,, there still are honest people left..hank
