If one really measures the patterns over the past 18 months or so, anyone who bought at .38 made bank at .65 not long ago. Anyone who bought at .65 made bank at .90+ several months ago and many points in between and so on. Probably the best tactic is to buy on the way up...if there ever is a bull move on this again.
