Not trying to be testy,,and sorry if you took it that way but this question is asked at least 3 time's a day.. E-Trade has warts and if you look the bid is now $0.9318 and its mine.. I get great fills at E-Trade on open orders... I just don't think this is a problem and if MM were allowed to work orders,, more would get filled.. Just the opinion of an old fart that sat on the other side of the phone and had to put up with orders that were always close but seemed to disappear when they were good..hank
