I saw an interview between an Oil exec. and some guy that was upset about the price of gas. This was the last exchange in that interview...

Oil Exec. - Gas prices are increasing because the price of oil is going up.

Disgruntled guy - Then explain why when the price of oil goes up a dollar, the price at the pump goes up .10 over night and when the price of oil goes down a dollar, the price at the pump goes down incrementally over 10 days?

Oil Exec. - Well, errrr, um...
