we have done our own dd and research and of course this is our opinion that it would make sense to have a resident in Nevada if a huge business exhisted. This is how people who are rich hide and save money from the gov't. SO i again, like all the other coincidences i have listed. Make it pretty suspicious that this truely is a reverse merger hidden shell with a huge payoff i think for investors. JUST my opinion,

Takk systems has a New headquaters in New york area. Is that a coincidence that Baron international is so close to help distribute the Takk systems to all Baron's clients They have listed! JUst our opinion
