sgolds - one of the big needs they've started to address is system throughput - aHT, RAM speed (and FBDIMM is interesting), PCI Express, etc. I'll be very interested to see what innovations Sun/Bechtolsheim come up with to support Opteron. Or it could come from somewhere entirely unexpected - it's been a while since there was a "garage" innovation, maybe it's time again. Paul
