chev- because of the IMO higher risk of the company biz model they are gonna get stuck but I would hope they could get it down to maybe 10% or so from some lender somewhere out there. This looks more like a potential high risk high reward investment to me. With those kinds of investments, I like clarity and some operating history to go on first. That may take a year or more with the acquisitions for me to get some feel for how things gel. But we'll see.
