I expect that when Neal Dingmann talks with our current management and with Flotech about their projections for this year and next they will revise us upward. It's all based on numbers. It's just a matter of time before we are trading much higher. I assure you we will not be at $.88 much longer. Not too mention I doubt it will take all that long to complete financing. It's in Prospect's best interest to lend us money to really create some extra value for their warrants when they are able to exercise them. Plus I highly doubt that Smith/Chamberlain would have issued the PR about acquiring Flotech without already having the financing locked up. It may just be reliant on an independent auditor to verify Flotech's numbers.
