From everything I've read, it seems Flotech is destined to make a major move in buoyancy. With DPDWs connections, customer base, and the fact that management had in the past expressed to me that they could not get enough buoyancy, I think the writing is on the wall. I would not be surprised to see Flotech do more in revenue than DDI, Mako, and Electrowave combined within the next year or two. Management is really taking care of business. If this acquisition in essence doubles DPDW in worth, can you image what the next acquisition will do. There are a lot of private companies in the Oil and Gas industry and the time has never been better to go public.
