A Maine-based manufacturer has won a $4 million contract from an unnamed source for flotation devices, and has opened a 45,000-square-foot manufacturing plant.
Flotation Technologies Inc. has unveiled its new Biddeford, Maine-based plant, which is expected to house 20 new jobs. The company plans to have more than 50 employees by the end of 2007, according to company officials.
