I never thought for a minute Deep down would move the brand new manufacturing facility in Maine. Just reading the articles about Tim Cook, and the pride in the Maine workers, and Flotation Tech being a part of the community, I just felt moving the company was a non-starter.
indeed. all infrastructure costs aside (which would be significant), imagine the impact on employee morale if they were to tell FT in maine they needed to move. i'm glad to hear they're keeping FT in maine. very smart.
