This is going to be interesting, to say the least, with financing frozen from traditional lenders. $24 mil is a lot of dough. No matter which way you slice it, I see major dilution.

It looks like it is already a done deal which not only involves banks,, equity and insiders of Flotation.. Both companies have announced the deal and Flotation is not public.. If you read the press releases on the DPDW web site it all seems to come together.. DPDW has done another deal just within the past year and has an Institutional Brokerage firm well known in the Oil and Gas Service industry doing research reports on them.. This is the same firm that brought SDRL.ol to American Markets when it was a start up.. SDRL.ol in less than 48 months has a 12 Billion dollar backlog and is paying a $0.25 per qtr div.. When I first brought it to VMC some thought I was smoking weed.. DPDW is growing faster than SDRL.ol and should do $70,000,000.00 in reves this year and over $100,000,000.00 next year in an service industry.. I expect one more major purchase of another company this year and a listing on the AMEX.. I look for EBTIA to be over $0.40 next year and an easy $0.18 this year.. hank
