Once again IB is down, probably for "maintance." Those boys do a lotta maintance. I can't logon. I can't trade. How an I gonna pay my bills? Woe is me.

We printed 1989 yesterday, that might be "it", but sure, any level to 1940 will still maintain the bullish tenor in the market, a close under 1940, without very extreme sentiment readings would be a problem.
