Duke, re:It is to be noted that stock options issued are not counted as outstanding stock unless they are "in the money" or likely to be exercised, so there could be billions more options, that will not get shown until say the stock gets to 30.
I agree completely about your point on disclosure. I have a hard time understanding what is going on here: who has them, how many, what are the strike prices. If the stock is going to get "diluted" at $25 or $30 because Intel employees are cashing in, stockholders should be aware of that possibility.
