Interesting post. Note, that David S, Pottruck is still on the board of Intel.

His only area of expertise relevant to Intel governance, as far as I can tell, is his ability to structure Stock Bonuses to management.

ProfMD, this is very disturbing and Intel leadership should explain their strategy here. There does seem an imbalance between rewarding mgt (for not great stock appreciation) and rewarding shareholders with dividends. At what point do you think outstanding shares will actually decrease?
