As to DEFT'S MOTION TO DISMISS PLTF'S COMPLAINT: Arguments by counsel as to
jurisdiction; that Pltfs are residents of California and have no ties to
Nevada; and that Defts have never been served but were served with the
Preliminary Injunction Motion. Mr. Kulwin requested to retain the status
quo; requested the Court determine that the vote of March 5 is invalid as a
