I really feel sorry for those of you who believed in the company's "vision" and took a simple long position. I can be accused of living in the past but what I see here is the set up for a repeat of what some of the current management team did to the original Stafford holders to enrich themselves. Forgiveness of a $10K debt increased one shareholder's equity from 5% to over 50% in Stafford. This move allowed the original Nucon deal to proceed based on the approval of one man.
I can provide the names of Stafford Directors who were not advised of this transaction until it had been put in place.
I do not have any specific knowledge of wrongdoing since NNRI has been up and supposedly running but the PR and shareholder relations activity have been atrocious. It certainly looks to me that an RTO is being engineered here. I hope you all do not get treated with the same disregard as the original Stafford shareholders were.
