I still would like to know if the management was forward selling the stock in offshore brokerge accounts. Can you track that?? They were involved in paying promoters to pump the stock. ST is verified through the 10K - IM is a little more indifferent but they knew they were paying him through a third party agreement with discounted restricted stock. If you need his number or address let me know. Also we believe Miguel Delarosa is involved in pumping and shorting the stock. Supposedly he works for a major Spanish company. I have information on him if you are interested. It is hard not to believe management was not involved somehow. They could be so dumb that they gotten taken but this are highly educated people it is hard to believe this. But you look at the dumb things they have done - latest is not releasing a PR that they filed the 10K. We had to find out about it from the sharp people on this MB and get a copy of it from them. As of yesterday there was no PR on Yahoo about it. It almost seems like management knows something is going to happen to them like losing their jobs and not doing anything except just the bare minumum or something bigger is going to happen. I have never invested in a company that does not put out a PR letting the shareholders know it has been filed. Please help us. I will provide you everything I have and what I know from others.
