We can speculate all day about the reasons why no one has heard a peep out of them for eight months now. The SEC doesn't give advanced warnings to investors before it takes decisive action. Personally I think the silence speaks volumes. The benefits right now, are the gray sheets won't have much effect on the stock after another 50% haircut
