nothing really new or groundbreaking to be honest, but here goes anyway:
brassbulls was inherited from somewhere, he wasnt really clear where from but he wasnt to concerned about them being not good enough maybe i'll suggest some new IR if I call him again (i have his number now!)
As we thought 10K and 10Q are delayed because they dont quite have the financing for them so he is working on getting the financing. they are done but not audited, which they need to be. these are also required for the uplisting and name change etc. once financing is acquired 10K and 10Q should be out in a few weeks as most of the work is done.
The business is profitable in itself but not currently enough to cover the costs of being a public company. i guess this will improve if they have more acquisitions.
they have somebody to do the website but he is catching up , i mentioned the stores page was not up to date so hopefully they will work on this.
I didnt ask him about a buyback because i felt it was not appropriate as they dont have spare cash to burn.
the OS is apparently 23million but float he believes is somewhere between 10-14 million.
as i mentioned above they need cash for getting up to date on the filing so he may consider issuing shares but he doesnt really want to. I personaly feel they should uplist first (even if it takes longer) which will help by a higher sp and means dilution will have to be less if indeed thats the route the company will go. it affects the Preffered as well.
2nd acquisition is also in progress but it is also being affected by not being current with their filings (and pinksheet status) which means terms are not as good as they would like. higher downpayment required etc..
basically if they sort out the filings they are looking good and will be able to speed up the acquisition rate.
he was overall upbeat and seems to be very busy in negotiations. seemed to know what he was talking about and said he believed they were onto a winner (he probably would say this anyway)
he is currently working on a PR and he is pretty sure it will go out next week.
