What more evidence do you need to see that isn't in plain view. Have you examined the prior scams used in the former shell names? How about a fake buyout after being in business for less than six months. In reality this shouldn't even be trading.

Thats right it never has happened before there is a reason no need ever for a cash buyout all threy have to do is a R/S issue themselfs plenty of stock so they own 90% of the company. So why send cash to the gullable investors. Bet you cant even show one less than .05 with a cash buyout. Plus all the low priced Russian deals are scams. Tell you one thing and do another. Go ahead give us some examples of a good Russian penny deal. You say needs PR for volume wrong traded over 100 million just a few weeks ago has traded OVER 100 million 3 times over 50 million over 8 times with no PRs. Most of the companies on the link below were all Reverse Mergers, buy outs, and other con stories Reverse Split repert offenders that is where this will end up. Also IMO the paper work is in the channel for another S/A increase. Some guys just love to protect their abuser.
