Yeah a bit but I know they had to do what they had to do to acquire the rights they have adn to develop the relationships they did. Sometimes you have to give to get, there was some dilution but the positions that were diluted the most were those of mangement. They did what they did because they are confident in what there sacrifices will yield in the newar future. I think revenue will be flowing in shortly from the humaclean deal (and others), I think the days of dilution are winding to an end.
From the 10K (read it before but work posting again). The income from some of this dilution was put into the Joint Venture with HumaClean and this project will be a first operationl use for our CB104 product. This is a big money maker for our company if all goes well, and It looks like it will. The margins from the mexico deal will more than pay for the upfront expenses of that porject while also putting some debt to rest and funding future jont ventures.
On March 27, 2008, the Company entered into a joint venture agreement with Huma Clean of Palestine Texas. Huma Clean is in the soil remediation industry and specializes in lake clean up and dredging, internationally. HSNI will complement the technology used by Huma Clean with the use of their licensed product; Clear Blue 104. The partnership will allow HSNI to acquire projects and add to the existing capabilities of Clear Blue. HSNI has committed an initial funding to the first project in Juarez Mexico in the amount of $800,000. HSNI has advanced the agreed upon first tranche of funds of $200,000.
