My biggest concern is Scott knows the pps should be higher than it is. He seems like he will do whatever he can to make others realize that as well. This could amount to a big jump in pps if current conversions are done, rest will be paid off with $$$ from elysium. Remember, even if elysium doesn't have the $$$ to pay, FLIP can convert shares to get their money. Plus, there is 60% ownership of USBF until the conversion (which would allow FLIP to own a larger number of shares if some are converted).
.003 is not a bad pps to get in at. I don't think we will come close to hitting low .002's and therefore want to make sure I am in as low as I can without hurting myself in long run by waiting. Does anyone know how many more shares the 2 that are converting have? Going to put my buy in tomorrow and definately wanna get some shares, but at what cost...
