Exactly leigh...the insiders have more than fully protected themselves from any future hostile takeover attempts with the current share structure in play while at the same time giving their biz model beyond ample room to pursue any accretive acquisitions they may soon require!
If this company is to become the asia-pacific beverage giant many of us envision I would expect nothing less at this early stage than the powers that be fully protecting their assets & maximizing their aversions to risk when hundreds of millions & quite possibly billions of dollars are at stake.
And as I mentioned below just because they have 'em doesn't mean they have to play 'em especially with behemoth contracts still to be unveiled cheers!
