well this problem will forever bother the microcap industry unless the SEC steps in and changes rulings.
IMO, the best thing to do is abolish pinksheets all together. Start at OTCBB and go up from there. if the company doesn't have the monies to pay for auditing, they don't deserve to trade publically?!
but hey, im not in charge of any of it.
So, with all this out...i think it will be years till something is finalized with cyberkey and its shareholders.
