If you wanted to hear somebody who was really bad, you should have heard Dizzy Dean doing the Browns' games in the '40's and 50's. Oh, my.
Old Diz was never into the game. Given how bad the Browns were, that may have been a good thing. Diz's stories about growing up barefoot and pickin' cotton were funny, but listening to him you never had much of an idea what was going on in the games.
