Do you expect a reverse merger along with a dilutiom? My guess is that they pump up the price so that the reverse will yield an adjusted price about a dollar (assuming 1:100). This followed by a steady decline driven by shorts if they can't support the new price? This is what happened last time with the 1:10 they did in 2004.
