I agree. I believe Plant was duped. Not duped in the sense that he's a victim or any such nonsense. He was duped by being misled that his scam couldn't be touched. It was. And the one's that really ran the show walked away untouched. Now he's the fall guy and rightfully so. But I still think there's others out there that profited nicely and won't be uncovered.
The smart one's on these scams do it all the time. But Plant's really not that smart. Federal conviction rates are high so they don't act hastily. Plant's done and it'll be a happy day for you shareholders, although you'll have lost everything.
