okay. i was thinking Zeev did and that would have surprised the he&@ out of me. Laird was quoting a service and AI is follwing his TA which in the short term was correct and who knows may turn out to be a great call on a longer horizon. me im just a short term trader. while i am extremely bearish on the long term, here i sit in a full on long position for today after closing out the over half acct that was short yesterday.
one thing you can take to the bank is that when i feel this rally has topped in july/aug if it contines as ive planned all year, then there will be no mistaking my bias. i will spout warnings in the weeks leading up to it and there will be no posturing. i will have my money where my mouth is and plan to hold a chunk of it short as a core position. (somehow i have to learn how to hold somehting). i may have to go on vaca away from my puter to pull it off.
as for internals today, dont you think they are kind of weak for this kind of reversal?
in the pattern that you mentioned on scalps, does the second scalp tend to get your investment up to the max 200%long?
