May I suggest since you have been holding this stock for so long that you direct those questions to Meuse himself since he is/was controlling the shell. He's taken my calls on other shells you have a good chance he will talk to you.

Also it's the OS that is 21M, the float is unknown, Pacwest wont give that info out.
