Hazard lake property was transferred to their Panamanian property, and given to the "consultant" team (Catherine, John and Kon) as payment for their "services". Note that Panama has no extradition treaty with the US for financial crimes...(this is speculation, but no one will ever know since this company will never file with the SEC again)

That old BS well #2 article...I guess you've never read my posts to the SEC criminal complaints department...I began writing them right after MXXR's SEC report came out. They claim it's "Online and producing gas into the sales line" (next PR conveniently removed)...then there are no revenues - not a single dollar - in their SEC report. Fraud?

As for your last post - OMFG these crooks are desperate! GCCC effectively took control (and still controls) MXXH thru their original sweetheart deal with Catherine, who gave GCCC the Series A and Series B preferred shares...read up on those! And THEN, to put the icing on the cake, they simply quit performing 'services' for MXXR since there was no penalty (and no more reward); GCCC got to keep the Preferred shares. Nice contract Catherine wrote up! To top it off, now that GCCC had (was given) control of Matrix, the GAVE CATHERINE A RAISE - 10,000 a month - payable in shares, most (80%) unrestricted. Little backscratching...?

And as for the SHO threshold, or short interest causing a squeeze...LMFAO. The game is simple. Only idiots buy on SHO for POS FRAUDSCAM companies like this with a LONG HISTORY of EXTREMELY RAPID share growth. If you look on pinksheets

it shows only around 20K shares shorted as of Mar 31 2008. Thats nothing compared to the outstanding share count now.

If there is another PUMP to this POS - and I highly doubt it - it won't be until Catherine, John, Kon and the rest of the "consultants" have all their shares conveniently placed in Canadian or Panamanian accounts so as to be untraceable as they DUMP HEAVILY into their next fraudulent pumper PR campaign.

1. MXXH has never said 1 truth.

2.- Someone out there holds a preferred, convertible into 51% of the O/S. They will dilute till the end of the world, and if someday they find some oil or something, they will get 51% inmediate ownership and then vote for a 99.99% dilution to be gifted to themselves.


The only way to play this pos is by flipping it into the pump. And I don't see a pump workout since a long time ago.
