<<Does that Change of Direction Point come +/- 1 day>>
It can be off one day as it was on January 27th (the market turned down) when it was supposed to hold up until January 28th.
What I don't like here, is that declining stocks versus advancing stocks are running about 1300 more down, than up on the NYSE, although the Naz is better. We need more up than down.
