That's not gonna happen, imvho. Peacock
and Javelin would sue Aero, and Aero would
be required to pay all of their legal fees
for any matter related to Aeros' business.
If you don't think so, read the agreement
or contact IR. You have noticed the pattern
in the way Peacock and Javelin acquires
shares, right?

Well actually they are referred to as "contractors" unless the company hired employees through an employment agency.

For instance if the company hired a lawyer, accountant, plumber or even a janitor service, nobody would call them contract employees.

However in the course of Javelin's work for Aero, when is it required that a Javelin employee ever step foot on Aero's property? Does Trisha when she is doing "Edgarizing" need to stop in at all? Does Andrew need to stop in to write a PR? Does Peacock walk through the door at 8am?

Just doesn't happen.
