Yea, I guess you've been down this road before. Did you look at other factors that could cause this stock trading this way. If there are stocks to unload, they should be selling to bidders.
It only goes to show that people are not selling and theres no free shares to sell into the bids.
Works both ways. This might have a Billion Shares but I for one think that there's something going on. The shares IMO are locked up by someone, shareholders, group or SVF.
I've seen stocks after releasing earnings with surprises simply reset the next morning and no looking back. If the results of the 10K is good (Positive EPS) + an acquisition + share reduction, Its a gapper that will not look back because the MMs will simply reset the price.
