Management has already stated that margins were negatively affected due to the company venturing into LARS and developing the Proteus. They have also stated that margins will return to historical averages. The Dahlman Rose reports talk about this quite a bit. They have the gross margins returning to 43% this year and 47% next year. They also EBITDA margins of 29% this year and 36% next year.
