It is? Only down about 1.5% and still above last Thursday's lows. Not even down 10% from it's 52 wks highs which it set a little over a month ago.

Our 2:00 bounce isn't going very far yet. Fed drained .5 billion. 2:22 doesn't seem to be helping either. TRINs are all screwed up today so the telling there. TICK is way negative.
