Well they have gotten some funding recently. Really I think they need to execute. Earlier in the year they said weren't able to due to lack of promised funding from NIR group. Now they have received this funding, I would expect to see more updates. They are now saying they need even more funding. NIR group is still diluting the PPS in return for interest on money owed.
