This stock will NOT Qualify for NASDAQ or AMEX until there is a MASSIVE Reverse Split. You need a share price in excess of $2 per share on Amex. I guess a R/S of 3,500 : 1 would do it.
That should happen. I don't expect it this year. I did some DD last night about the AMEX and they can and will make exceptions to let some in earlier. I doubt this will happen with AERP, but its too early to even be talking about that right now...IMO.
