Not really. There's a lot of people that have adverse reactions to some of the ingredients or on the other hand, you can make your own sun tea. I eat like a king and eat healthy and learned a long time ago, there's no short cuts to a healthy lifestyle. I'm not typical though. I don't eat Mickey D's or Taco Bell or garbage like that except maybe 1-2x per year. We have a nice garden every year and it's a lot of work that's very rewarding.
We eat fresh spinach which uses more calories to digest than you take in. That's not what most Americans do though.

Imo, Celsius products are hoped to 1st at least be part of a fad like the hoolah hoop or slinky, but then hope to catch on as a normal product for consumption. I've seen all the latest diet fads clear back through the 60's.

I think it has the most potential as an American product as we're the largest retail consumers on the planet. If the product catches on, it'll fly and while it isn't likely to repeat as a Hansen's.....it could become a product desired with regularity. Americans can be fickle consumers quick to jump to the next cool thing and leave Celsius behind or it could get a dedicated following and continue.....who knows.

not really

for example:

March 24, 2008
7:05a DC Brands Gets Great News From China

on one hand,
I'd say China has a lot more consumers available when you talk WORLD exposure

On the other hand,
both companies may be blowing smoke......

as far as a product being healthier and therefore more likely to sell.....*cough*
People eat a lot of junk fast food every day....
how healthy is that?

face it.....the bottom line is walgreens and Billy Bob's beer and bait isn't real volume..people don't go to Walgreens to buy refreshments, they go to convenience stores like 7-11 or
grocery stores......or *gasp* WALMART.

Included in that bottom line is the simple fact that if people try it, like it, want it, and can afford to buy it....they will
if they don't, SP very likely goes down more....

all we can do is wait and see what happens....
I've been waiting since the sp was $3.67 and is now around 10 cents.

They don't have the distribution network Hansen's had so seeing another Hansen's happen is pretty dog gone remote without it.

So let's wait and see...
but if I see another PR about sales in a remote unverifiable region of the world with low consumerism like say Dafur, Kuwait, Somalia, Barbados, Guam or other such nonsense....
it's just going to make me ill.

How about distribution in the midwest in farm country with all those women built like cows wanting to drink this stuff and look like Barbie dolls with sales hitting $10,000,000.....THAT could get my attention and make me say BACK UP THE TRUCK.
