They have other contracts to announce. They attended the Chinese FHC trade show in November of '07 where they acquired more contracts. They have a deal with a major distributor in China. is it common for letters of intent to be considered as contracts as well?
i am not in business, but when it was first announced that they have $500M contract, someone with a business background could have raise some doubts regarding the validity of the contracts and alert people that it is possible that Aquagold could be publicizing their letters of intent.
