thanks. I would really appreciate a straight up answer from all of the experts on this site as to why the stock price keeps falling. There is a lot of bashing on here some of which makes sense actually. For example, I read the filing that was issued on the PinkSheets site. What I cannot understand is the number of spelling mistakes. I just don't get it. It is a formal document written by the CEO. One would think that his legal group would proofread the document before signing (or as AQUI spelling would be "singing").
In addition, I read that they spent $800,000 on travel over to China. Doesn't that seem a extremely high to everyone especially for a start up who has little or no cash flow?
I am not a BASHER or a PUMPER. I am just a simple investor who came across this stock with the hopes and expectations that it will do well. By the way, I am quite amused by the number of people on this site who think that they are going to make millions of dollars overnight. It just doesn't happen that fast folks. If it does, then I would like to have someone provide factual proof of any company that is being promoted on this site that has.
