To be fair, can you provide an example of where/when you have seen this before. It will give all investors a chance to formulate their own opinion, rather than take someone's word for it without evidence as proof.
I'm not going to dispute the fact that the SP may dip below 0.10, however, I would believe that at this point, someone either sees long term potential in this company, or they don't. If an investor was bullish on the long term potential of this company, they would have already started a small position at these levels. Everybody knows not to blow all your money in one shot; rather, it is more appropriate to build a position over time as opposed to trying to pick a bottom and buy all at once. In all honesty, no one can predict a precise bottom - we all know that.
How do you know for certain that this deal shows the current bottom is .05? How do you know that this deal wasn't an attempt to minimize risk exposure by offering something in return for J&G taking the risk of bringing this product to new markets in the middle east?
