One problem with the RRUN buy back....THEY HAVE NO CASH!!! They are a mess, I never have traded that stock but the buy back NR seems like a desparete attemp to raise the stock price. Just from what I have been told about them...

Mary, I'm here most days, usually lurking.
As I said, I think the key is the private funding they are trying to get.
If that happens, there will be a lot less risk than most Penny Stocks.....IMO
And, right now, funding or not, it could very well be a good 5-bagger for a short play.
