I don't know why your broker says it is still suspended, and mine says it is not. I've sent an email to the enforcement division at the SEC to get clarification. If I don't have a reply in the morning, I'll give them a call, and let you know what I find out.

According to this, the suspension was only until midnight on the 27th of March. Will let you know when I hear back from SEC.
