He lost his securites license in 1997 and just got out of prison for a white collar crime. Anything he says is suspect.

I personally refute his claim about Spears, Leed , and Kellogg. For goodness sakes I just spoke with Mr. Darling on friday. I also spoke with him last spring. The report Regarding Spears is either a purposeful lie or complete incompetance.

So, Bull, since he is a "pathological liar"...the easy solution is for SEVU to refute key allegations in the report by A@P. Simple. Either they do it tomorrow, or not. The report has several mistakes, mis-statements and likely-wrong subjective opinions (IMO)...but the allegations about Logistech, K-byte and GSA are quite clearly either right or wrong...if wrong, let's hear evidence from SEVU...should be easy to produce if it can be produced.
